I’m not really doing the uberman as fully prescribed. I think I just need to go full swing into it, I think. Otherwise, I’m not going to reap the “rewards.”
Also, If nothing else, I’m learning how terrible my eating and exercise habits are!!! I’m also hyperaware of time; I find myself a little more productive because I’m squeezing as much as I can into every minute.

1200 Food: NXNW Cheeseburger & Garlic Fries & Coke
2000 Food: 2 Ham & Cheese Sandwiches, chips, coke
