Uberman Adjustment Plan

Okay, I’m going to ease into this slowly… I think that will be for the best… It would also allow me to determine whether or not this is going to be ok before my vacation.

My schedule will be:

  • Day 1-2 – 6 hour core sleep (0000-0600) plus 80 minute nap @ 1600
  • Day 3-4 – 4 hour core sleep (0000-0400) plus 80 minute nap @ 1200, 1600, 2000
  • Day 5-6 – 80 minute naps @ 0000, 0800, 0400, 1200, 1600, 2000
  • Day 7-8 – 60 minute naps @ 0000, 0800, 0400, 1200, 1600, 2000
  • Day 9-10 – 40 minute naps @ 0000, 0800, 0400, 1200, 1600, 2000
  • Day 11-12 – 30 minute naps @ 0000, 0800, 0400, 1200, 1600, 2000
  • Day 13-on – 20-25 minute naps @ 0000, 0800, 0400, 1200, 1600, 2000

I will mix in a “reboot” day every 2-3 weeks where I skip my 2000, go to sleep when tired and sleep straight until I wake up.

I’m going to keep track of what I eat and what my exercise looks like, as well.

I bought a digital egg timer which is pretty small, has a clip (and magnet and can stand on a flat surface), is loud, and doesn’t stop beeping until you stop it.
