Over lunch, my boss told me to brace myself.

One of my coworkers is leaving soon to pursue an AWESOME opportunity as an Executive Director for a non-profit in Washington D.C.

We're all very happy for her and also very sad for us.

Namely, on top of the Career Summit/ CEO Summit on April 9 (which, I'll need to blog soon... so you'll realize why I went off the deep end) and my regular IT Cluster work, I'll be taking a large chunk of her Finance Cluster responsibility until her replacement comes on board and ramps up (realistically, not until the summer).

I'll tell you right now: I'm painfully aware of the leaks in my time management system with all that I have going on now... If I can't patch them IMMEDIATELY, I'm sinking to the bottom of the ocean.

Please reserve my room at the mental hospital.
