Recycling Altoids Tins

If you have any empty Altoids Tins, please donate them to me for a little project.

I'm not an environmentalist nut like some of my friends (ahem Jon, Alex), but I've suddenly become really irked about Altoids tins... You see Altoids, the "curiously strong" mints are everywhere. One of their nice qualities is that they come in a small metal tin which makes for great convenience.

However, since people go through these things by the truckload, I wonder how many of these things are actually recycled... I imagine there are millions of Altoid tins in every dump in America.

THEREFORE... I've devised an interesting use for the tins which I think will appeal to the geek in all of us...

I'll need a large pile of tins for R&D; purposes... anyone that donates some tins to me will get a finished product in return.
