office space

once the millions start rolling in for http://www.iogeo.com iogeo, then I will be building office space like Joel’s.

Actually, I’m thinking through how to scale up my garage workshop into a fullsized production facility (while still keeping its R&D capability).

Keeping my eye on the classifieds for warehouse/garage/office combos in the austin area… not too bad, but definitely outside the budget with zero revenue.

I drove around the Metric/Braker area to fantasize over all the industrial park mega spaces there… lots of tile and contractor stores, several “For Leases” (including, recently, the Metrowerks space).

Sigh… One of these days in the far future, I’ll be holding a studio launch party.

You all are invited.
