Don't understand what happened!

I took a friend’s advice and gave myself permission to relax for an hour after coming home for work (about 7:00). I tivo’d a shark attack documentary (discovery channel shark week)… next thing I knew… I woke up at 7:00AM this morning… I slept like a baby for 12 hours!

I’m not even on a polyphasic sleep schedule anymore!

Could this mean I’m burnt out? I didn’t sleep well on Sunday or Monday night (caffeine and other things going on there), so maybe it’s just all catching up, now.

Now I have this dull headache, but at least I don’t feel tired… Too bad I have to scramble to catch up on the stuff I desperately needed to do last night.
